I should have kept what I wrote very first time I joined. but it too late now. so here it goes again. My name is Maya. I'm from Japan. Came to USA when I was 15 to go to high school. I love living in USA so I stayed for college. While I was looking for job, I met my hubby Doug. He is a wonderful man and my bestfriend. He works as a firefighter for Valdosta Fire Department. We had little girl name Chloe in September 2002. She was born with Septo Optic Dysplasia and she became our angel in October 2005. I miss her so much. My first puppy Pocky was there to help me deal with the pain. Pocky was Chloe's protecter. Few month after Chloe passed away, Pocky became my puppy angel. I guess she wanted to be with Chloe. Since than, I brought Chief home from flea market. He is very sweet and very protective over me. Lucky is a lucky one. I found him under my in law's porch. I couldnt just left him in cold rainy night, so I brought him home too. I think he is a mix of lab and rotweiller. He is the most laid back dog I've ever seen in my life. Now, my 3rd dog, Duke, he is a black Great Dane with small white dot on his chest. He is the only dog I know when he was born and where he from. And he is very spoiled

Now, little bit about myself. I grew up in Japan until I finished 6th grade. Moved to Hong Kong for 3 years. I went to international school there and learned how to speak English. Since than, I havent lived in Japan. I feel like Im in foreign country when I go back to Japan to visit my family. I like English better than my own language. I like to read lot of different type of books, both in Japanese and English. Same for music too, although Im not much of a country music fan, but I live in south Georgia now lol I play piano for my hobby, but havent had time lately. I like to hang out with my friends, spend time with my hubby Doug. We actually never had major arguments or fights. It weird but we both like similar things and want similar things in our life. Im very lucky to found man like that Spending time with my furry children relaxes me and I love every mintues of it.
